Most items sold in our stores are pre-orders and made specifically for your organization. Because these items are made to order we cannot accept exchanges or refunds after the posted deadline for that item. Under no circumstances will orders be accepted past the posted order deadline. Should the combined individual orders not meet the required minimum quantities your order may be canceled and refunded. If you have any questions, please contact your organization’s merchandise coordinator.

Refund Policy

The products are custom and made to order therefore not returnable or refundable after the posted order deadline. We assume no liability for errors made by you or your organization, including: • Sizing errors (i.e. customer puts in wrong sizes) • Customization errors (i.e. customer enters wrong name or number for customization) • Shipping and address errors (i.e. customer inputs wrong address for delivery) • Customer dissatisfaction (i.e. customer does not like color or material) Great care has been taken to ensure that every garment is accounted for. All items will be listed in the included packing slip. While we strive for 100% accuracy, mistakes can happen. Any concerns with your order or a defective item must be reported to us at hello@402ink.com within 7 days of receipt.

Delivery Policy

Delivery options are pre-determined with your organization's merchandise coordinator. Many orders have a "free bulk shipping" option and therefore all orders are tagged and shipped in bulk to one location. If you use or select this option you are responsible for picking up your order after they are delivered (typically 2 weeks after the order deadline). We assume no responsibility for orders you are picking up (i.e. not individually shipped). If you have questions about non-shipped orders please contact your merchandise coordinator.
